BlueCross Employees or dependents can simply send a text message to 423-820-1843 to initiate care - no appointments required. Even if your issue cannot be resolved virtually, your care team can provide expert care navigation and will refer you to an in-person visit at the BlueCross Employee and Family Clinic or a specialty provider. 

TextCare is available 24/7, 365. You may upload pictures or choose to complete a call or video visit with a virtual provider. TextCare providers are One to One Health employees and can prescribe medication, order lab work and imaging, help manage chronic conditions, and more.
